Peter and The Starcatcher by Rainbow Company Youth Theatre

Rainbow Company Youth Theatre presents “Peter and the Starcatcher”, written by Rick Elice with music by Wayne Barker and directed by Robert Acosta and J.R. Coley.

The Tony Award-winning play upends the century-old story of how a miserable orphan becomes the boy who would not grow up, better known as Peter Pan. The story explores themes of greed, despair, friendship, duty and love. A young orphan and his companions are sent from Victorian England to a distant island ruled by the evil King Zarboff. During the voyage, the boys encounter Molly, a precocious young girl training to become a starcatcher. When pirates led by the fearsome Black Stache seize the ship, the journey turns into a fast-paced and thrilling adventure.
